寒假里的无聊时光

无聊并不是寒假的过错，总之生活极不规律就是了。该听听FOX的话，好好睡觉，好好吃饭。

读RSS读的累，网上零零碎碎的东西太多，信息过载到东西南北辨不清，和吃大杂烩一般。比较有营养的方式是看书，现在把读书当成生活必需的人真的不多了。据分析一个人一生的看书极限是6000本，是实实在在的那种读书法。我想近两年来也没看几本书，网上转悠来去的也没什么实质上的积累。

从卓越订了2本书，货到付款。《字里藏医》：从中国汉字的角度解释中医学基本思想。对中医一直很好奇，无奈没机会见识真正的中医实力（幸好下学期没有中医的课，否则又不晓得被糟蹋成啥样子了），该好好读一读。另一本，《改变，从心开始》，荷兰人写的一本和情绪有关的书，，据说是精深的心理调节理论和技术，又据说是精微能量系统的知识，我推测和穴位和瑜伽的某些见解有联系，况且胡因梦老师翻译的，值得一看。

今天就这样，开始写博客，把以前的老文章刷掉。

哈哈～看了上面的短片后，我才发现！原来这是部小时候常看的片子《The Flintstones》
～中文译名是《摩登原始人》～

哈哈好感动啊，更有精神听这首“儿歌”了，打开心门撒入阳光啊哈……
BTW:她唱到“awful～ awful～”那段真萌～

Frente! 清新之风专题之二————封面（COVER）大赏

Frente! 所有专辑、单曲封面（COVER）大赏～～

一张张古灵精怪的封面里，我们似乎看到Frente！的发展历程（呵呵～）
从刚出道91年的封面只放半张脸，到巅峰时94年的饱满活力的“单纯鱼”，到96年Horrible的吼叫图，到乐队解散前的那张Goodbye Goodguy……
严格的说，符合本次专题题义的，只有一张专辑符合要求，就是94年的
《Marvin The Album》，而后的单曲都是在炒冷饭赚外快。96年的《shape》，专辑中以掺杂了压抑愤怒的情绪，没有了94年那张的单纯劲儿，就像一个萝莉蜕化成御姐，会使心机了，不纯洁了（呸~,扯远了）

如果你象我一样空的能边听专辑边对着这些封面画盯上一会儿的话，你会发现这很有趣，好了，下面请欣赏Frente! 的清新古怪的世界～
